Sign-In Options
You’ll see three ways to sign in:
For most users, we recommend using single sign-on (SSO) for a seamless experience.
- If you're unsure of which identity provider your company uses, you can typically choose Microsoft if your company uses Outlook and Google if you use Gmail.
- Only select ‘Sign in with email’ if you’ve been sent a username and password by your Customer Success Manager. After your first login using this method you’ll be prompted to update your password on first login.
